The Club Manor property was a complete gut job due to extreme burn damage. The client requested a complete remodel of the home as well as a set of drawings for permitting and construction. Major elements of the remodel included demolishing interior walls to open up the kitchen/living/dining adreas and the addition of a stair and second floor for a master suite. This job was completed and sold. In addition to drawing services, we also designed and installed a stained wood slat feature wall and a stained wood fireplace mantle.
